A contract is formed when goods are dispatched (or when a service or digital content begins, where applicable).

Risk in products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect delivery details or failure to receive or collect a delivery.

Delivery

Some deliveries may require a signature. If you request delivery to a “safe place”, this is done at your own risk.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already accepted.

For deliveries outside the UK (if offered), import duties or taxes may be charged by local authorities and are your responsibility.

Payment must be authorised and successfully processed before dispatch or service provision.

If we discover an obvious pricing error before accepting your order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

Discount codes are subject to eligibility rules and may be withdrawn or amended. Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order.

Food & Perishable Items (If Applicable)

Where food or perishable items are sold, date and allergen information is based on manufacturer packaging and may change.

Products may be handled in environments where allergens are present. Always check items upon delivery before use.

We are not responsible for changes caused by temperature or storage conditions outside our control after dispatch.

Competitions

We may run promotions or competitions from time to time. Each will be subject to specific rules published at the time.

Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews or other content, you grant Quality Finds a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content for marketing and operational purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these Terms.

Multibuy Offers

Multibuy promotions apply only to qualifying items. Refunds may be adjusted if items from a multibuy offer are returned.

Free Gift Promotions

Free gifts are limited to one per qualifying transaction unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability.

Free gifts cannot be purchased separately and may need to be returned if sent in error.
