To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging wherever possible.

We also do not accept returns on gift cards, downloadable or digital products, and selected health or personal care items.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Kindly ensure returned items are not sent directly to the manufacturer.

Sealed items such as software, media, or similar products that have been opened may only qualify for partial refunds.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us with your order details.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, any refund will be returned to the original purchaser.
